
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- RISAS chimichurri
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add the chicken thighs and leave to marinate for 3 hours in the refrigerator. At high temperature, grill each side for one minute, then cook the chicken at low temperature until cooked to keep the meat tasty. When ready to serve, add the chimichurri to taste. A lot is never enough!
